NunNee Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026 

NunNee ("NunNee," "we," "us," or "our") operates the NunNee mobile application (the "App"), a marketplace where users can buy and sell products, post and apply to jobs, and give away free items within the Thai community in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly: account information (name, phone number, email, profile photo, city, language preference), listings you post (titles, descriptions, prices, photos, category), messages you send other users, identity-verification information if you choose to verify, and payment information (processed by the App Store/Play Store or Stripe — NunNee does not store your full card details).

Information collected automatically: device type, OS, app version, a push notification token, approximate location if enabled, and general usage such as listings viewed or searched.

Information from third parties: if you sign in with a provider like Sign in with Apple, we receive basic profile info as permitted by your settings with them.
 

2. How we use your information

To create and manage your account; display your listings and enable browsing/search; enable messaging between users; process payments for boosted listings, subscriptions, and product sales; send push notifications (you can disable these in device settings); maintain safety and trust on the platform; improve the App; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
 

3. How we share information

With other users: your listings, profile name, city, and rating are visible to other users. Messages are only visible to conversation participants.

Service providers: our hosting/database provider, payment processors (Apple/Google/Stripe), and, if applicable, identity verification and SMS providers.

Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, to protect NunNee or its users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
 

4. Data retention

We retain your account and listing information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retained for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention purposes.
 

5. Your choices and rights

You can view and edit most profile/listing info directly in the App. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You can disable push notifications and location permissions in your device settings.
 

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (NunNee does not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA). Contact us using the information in Section 9.

Other jurisdictions: depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. Contact us and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
 

6. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we've collected such information, we delete it promptly.
 

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
 

8. International data transfers

NunNee is intended for Thai community members residing in the United States. Data is processed and stored primarily in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the App with an updated "Last updated" date.
