NunNee Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NunNee mobile application (the "App"), operated by Neramit App, LLC ("NunNee," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.

2. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information. NunNee may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. What NunNee is (and is not)

NunNee is a platform for posting and browsing listings for products, jobs, and free items, and communicating with other users. NunNee is not a party to any transaction, employment relationship, or agreement between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing, and we are not an employer, staffing agency, or party to any job offer made through the App.

4. User content and listings

You retain ownership of your content, but grant NunNee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it within the App. Prohibited content includes anything illegal, fraudulent, infringing, involving prohibited items, discriminatory, or sexually exploitative of minors. NunNee may remove listings or suspend accounts at our discretion.

5. Payments

Money moves through the App in different ways depending on the type of listing:

Product and Miscellaneous listings ("Buy now"). When a buyer taps "Buy now" on a Product or Miscellaneous listing, payment is processed in-app through Stripe. NunNee acts as a payment facilitator: the buyer's payment method is charged the full listing price, and NunNee automatically deducts a platform fee (see Section 6) before transferring the remaining balance to the seller's connected Stripe account. Sellers must complete Stripe's identity verification and payout setup before they can receive payment. Payout timing and any additional verification are governed by Stripe's own terms.
Housing and Business-for-sale listings. Housing (apartment/room rental) and Business-for-sale listings are not sold through in-app checkout. Buyers and sellers use the App's messaging to contact each other, but negotiate and complete any rental, lease, or sale entirely outside the App, by whatever means they agree to. NunNee is not a party to, does not process payment for, and assumes no responsibility for the outcome of, any such agreement.
Job listings. No payment runs through the App for jobs. Any wages or compensation are arranged directly between the employer and applicant, outside the App.
Free listings. No payment is involved.
Boosted listings and NunNee Pro subscriptions. These optional features are purchased through Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store using their in-app purchase systems, separately from Stripe. Pricing, billing, and refunds for these purchases are governed by Apple's and Google's respective terms and policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Regardless of listing type, NunNee does not guarantee the condition, safety, legality, or successful completion of any transaction between users. Use good judgment, especially when meeting in person or exchanging money — meet in public places when possible and verify details before completing a transaction.

6. Fees

Marketplace fee. For Product and Miscellaneous listings purchased through in-app checkout, NunNee retains a platform fee of 8% of the sale price, deducted automatically before the remaining balance is sent to the seller. For example, on a $50 sale, the seller receives $46 and NunNee retains $4. This fee applies only to in-app "Buy now" purchases — it is not charged on Housing, Business-for-sale, Job, or Free listings, since those aren't processed through NunNee's payment system.
Optional feature fees. NunNee may also charge fees for optional features, such as boosted listings or NunNee Pro subscriptions, at the price displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice, such as by posting updated pricing in the App. The marketplace fee percentage in effect at the time of a given sale is the one that applies to that sale.

7. Conduct and safety

Interact with others respectfully and lawfully; don't harass, defraud, or discriminate; don't attempt to disable security features; comply with applicable law when posting jobs or products. Use good judgment when meeting in person or exchanging money — meet in public places and verify details beforehand.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. NunNee does not warrant that listings are accurate, that users are who they claim to be, or that transactions will complete successfully or safely.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NunNee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or interactions with other users. NunNee's total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid NunNee in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify NunNee from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other users.

11. Termination

You may delete your account anytime. NunNee may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes
